From: leo on 7 May 2008 02:50 Hi, I have a Oracle server with 10.2.0.2.0 patchset. Because of known bugs, I have installed 10.2.0.4.0 patchset. It is over! I cannot connect to the server again by net8, sqlplus and so on. How can I do? However, I can use tnsping to find the listener. Ming

Otherwise how exactly did you proceed? Did you backup your software and the database(s) before applying the patchset?
