Yes, I think that's it. It looks like the grass fed has less (excess) fat in the
meat to me. British beef is AIUI very highly rated.

What we get in the UK is very far from proper Indian food as it is adapted
for our tastes. It's getting better but if you ever travel to India you can
see for yourself. I do love cooking it though but need time as it can take
up to a week to cook a proper Indian dinner party making everything from
scratch. The trick is to use fresh ingrediants.
