2007, excel column hdings are now numbered - how do I get letters

From: Column header Column on 17 Mar 2010 12:59 I just started using microsoft 2007, and in excel I noticed that the column headers are now numbers. In 2003 they were letters - much more user freindly. Is there a way to switch back?
