I looked and downloaded some but
they did work. You got any idea as where to look?

Name: 3Com 3C920B-EMB Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller
Device ID: PCI\VEN_10B7&DEV_9201&SUBSYS_80AB1043&REV_40\4&35344E25&0&0860
Driver: C:\WINDOWS\System32\DRIVERS\el90Xbc5.SYS, 4.31.0000.0000
(English), 8/13/2002 21:27:00, 74338 bytes

Judging by a picture of the motherboard, the Ethernet MAC
is integrated into the Nvidia Southbridge, and the external
chips are the PHY chips that drive the Ethernet cable. I guess
the "EMB" above stands for "Embedded" as a result. In other words,
don't expect to see a 3C920 chip on the motherboard - it is hidden
inside the Southbridge.

ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/lan/3com/
ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/lan/3com/3com_90xv54.zip

In the OEMSETUP.INF file from that download, I can see

"3Com 3C920B-EMB Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller"

so that driver should work, if you can figure out how
to install it :-)
