Well Murray, right from the designers of this forum Fusetalk:

NNTP is "dated technology". I guess it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks.
I've always had a tough time reading through NNTP, although I have to admit
the search function on these forums has always been its downside. Search by
more than one word and you are done for. Oh well, didn't mean to get too
off-topic. But I guess we should bump this topic as often as possible to let
everyone on the forums know. So I guess the further off-topic and ridiculous
this conversation gets the longer it will stay at the top for people to see.

Over on the Adobe side of things there is a place to report spam, and the
offending posts will be removed... but I don't think reporting spam over on
this side of the Adobe/Macromedia merge does any good

Hey I just saw this, how the hell am I spamming??? I am looking for advise
myself as im a noob and trying to help the best I can. Doesnt spamming mean
posting links? I havent posted any links but if this place is only for advanced
people then thats fine il leave with no problem.

I never did see anything from yupieyi until he posted saying he is not a
spammer... BUT... his sig contains links to "dizzed.com" and that is, to me,
just a bit too much like the spammer DizzDizzy to let yupieyi totally free

Oh well, nothing from DizzDizzy for awhile now, so hopefully the forum
operator has blocked him/her/it from posting
