Nvidia's 9800 GTX and 9800 GX2 seem to be a waste of time & money If you have a 8800 GTX, 8800 Ultra or 8800 GT, you might as well save your money, don't waste it on 9800 GTX or 9800 GX2. These cards are more or less what you already have. In some important areas, really less. Save it for the upcoming GT200 based 9900GTX or 9900GX2. VHS to DVD on AIW128Pro Hi, I wanted to copy a VHS to DVD. I do not have a dvd recorder but I remembered that I had an old AIW128Pro in the loft. I plugged it into a 1GHz Atlhon with 1Gb RAM but it loses 40% frames at dvd resolution. Is that right? Whilst 1GHz may not be cutting-edge I thought it would be more than fast enough. Is ATI still making All-in-Wonder? I have a new motherboard with the PCI-Express bus, which means I don't think I can use my old AGB All-in-Wonder 9600 card in it. Does ATI still make a combo card I can use containing both the graphics adapter and the PVR like the old All-in-Wonder?
