Following issue i found: if you don't turn usb external hdd the pc won't boot, if boot is turned on at the adaptec 29160 Controller! VA-10 voltage problems

Problems with reboot
Hey I was just having a general problem with random restarting of my machine and also it does not boot up properly every time I start it up. No onboard LAN
I just reinstalled XP on a newly formatted drive. Before the format the computer showed a fire-wire connection and an internal LAN adapter.
