BIOS doesn't support CPU speed
The BIOS on my mobo (Abit KR7A-RAID) only supports up to Athlon XP 2000+ (no later BIOS version available) but I want to install an XP 2400+ cpu. Can I safely install this to run at it's designated speed and should I increase the FSB or the multiplier to accommodate it? ... 26 Jul 2007 02:16

Checking continuity between hot and neutral checks fuse?

Replacement for a TH7II Raid

New RAM
Abit KR7A-RAID mobo. Currently have 2 x 256Mb Crucial CL2.5 PC2100 166/233Mhz DDR sticks. Just added a 1Gb Samsung CL3 PC3200 400Mhz DDR but only a total of 1Gb is showing up.
