I have a driver that I have installed on two different machines running XP
Professional. In the first machine, logging on as power user, I can open the
device. In the second, again as a power user, access is denied trying to open
the device.

The question is: Is there any any global setting such as a registry entry or
an ini file that needs to be tweaked to allow access on both machines?
