I have a Windows XP computer that used to have Active Sync 4.2, I got a new
phone and it requires ActiveSync 4.5. After doing the upgrade I get an error
“The ordinal 4475 could not be located in dynamic link library MFC80U.DLLâ€
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but get this same error.

Seems like something is corrupt with the MFC80U.DLL. I suggest you get
a copy of that file from your installation CD or another computer and
copy it to the appropriate location on your PC.
