From: pl4tinum on 2 Jun 2006 08:24 Hi, Wondering if anyone can help me out. A few of our users at my company have a Treo 700w which they synchronize both through wireless and through Activesync on the PC. They are synchronizing with our Exchange server. Every so often their Treos stop sync'ing e-mail (only e-mail) and we know it's because the Treo thinks that one of the e-mails is corrupt. We can always pinpoint which e-mail it is, and it seems to ALWAYS be from the same person in our organization. The e-mails don't look special and we have checked the settings on that person's PC but everything seems allright. The e-mails this person is sending are strictly plain text with no special encoding, and they are the only ones that give Activesync this error. We can open them just fine when he sends them to Outlook but they cannot sync to the Treos. The emails he sends contain text only, and no corrupted item warnings appear anywhere else including the exchange server. So basically if this one guy sends an e-mail to all three people with a Treo they will all stop synchronizing e-mail completely and give this error code. Does this ring a bell for anyone or give anyone ideas? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!! Chris
