From: Martin Dowie on 24 Jan 2006 07:00 In response to the usual cry of "We'd hire Ada engineers but we can't find any" I can inform c.l.a. that ~35 s/w engineers (with UK security clearance; most with at least some Ada experience) are being made redundant from BAE Systems, Lochside, Edinburgh. The (small, ~250 staff) Edinburgh site is closing and the work moving to the (large, ~2000 staff) Rochester, Kent site. All disciplines are obviously affected not just s/w. Anyone looking for staff should contact charlie.fraser2(a)baesystems.com. Cheers -- Martin p.s. I'd be interested in anything that would allow me to work from home - CV available on request from martin.dowie(a)btopenworld.com! :-)
From: Rod Chapman on 24 Jan 2006 07:59 Some of them are trained in SPARK as well... :-) - Rod
