Mathematica:

Sqrt[3] EllipticE[1, 4/3] +
6 EllipticF[ArcSin[Tan[1/2]/Sqrt[3]], 9] -
3 EllipticE[ArcSin[Tan[1/2] Sqrt[3]], 1/9]

Maple:

3^(1/2)*EllipticE(sin(1), 2/3*3^(1/2)) +
6*EllipticF(tan(1/2)/3^(1/2), 3) -
3*EllipticE(tan(1/2)*3^(1/2), 1/3)

Can you "elementarize" this ?
