I learned how to create a basic flash file, and I would like to convert it to a video AVI format. Any way to do this?

Hi,

I think there are some 3rd Party applications which can do this. Just google it.

Or publish your flash as an avi file from the publish settings box.

AVI is not a publish setting, it is an Export setting. Go to the File menu and select "Export Movie" from the Export fly-out. From there you can select to export the entire Flash movie as an AVI.
