The user remembered the name :-))

It is called Thinking Cap by Borderbund..... I actually had it
in my archives and emailed it to him ( he is a happy camper LOL )

But like most, that re-find a long lost program, he can't remember
all the details.. I booted the program, and it does show a lot of
promise, but without the doc's, it's kind of difficult to get the full
potential from it.

I'm gonna start a new thread to see if anyone has the dox.... checking
Project 64 , turned up ziltch (so did google )

I might actually have a vague recollection of seeing that in old SSI or
Software Hut catalogs.

If you correct "Borderbund" to "Broderbund", you'll get lots of Google hits.
Looks like oldsoftware.com, Raymond Computer, etc., have copies for sale.
On the 2nd page of results, I even found an old post by the author, Lee
Powell, on how the program works (_conceptually_):
