A company that values its reputation for cutting-edge technology has, year after year, the slowest, most unreliable Web site in the industry. Every once in a while, it works without making you want to scream. Why this company can't maintain a reliable Web presence is one of the mysteries of the tech world. It MUST be hurting their bottom line, and yet they simply can't put up a servicable site. I think that the Global site sometimes works a bit better than the USA version.
