P5B Deluxe... 4GB Ram, only sees 2.5GB... I have had 2GB (2 x 1GB Crucial Ballistix 8500) in my PC for some time, anr recently got another 2 x 1GB Crucial Ballistix 8500 Chips. I have tried differing slot configurations, but all I can see is 2.5GB when the bios boots up. With either two in, I see 2GB. Any suggestions? I'm using default auto settin... 13 Jan 2008 00:55
A8N-SLI Deluxe & Creative Labs XtremeMusic/Gamer sound card? P5N32-E SLI Plus I can not get the nVidia Network Controller to load correctly, the drivers shipped with the Mb lock it up. Any one else with the problem and the solution?? p5n32-sli SE coax output doesnt work in Vista x64 (software players)... Anyone else? I've struggled with this for a while.. and now i think ive narrowed down the problem... With the Asus P5N32-sli se onboard Realtek audio.. it will not output dolby digital via the SPDIF via software players like PowerDVD, Windows Media Player etc on x64 Vista... On this same x64 Vista.. P4- P800-E: Something On The Way Out? Been getting roughly the same set of weirdnesses maybe once every few days over the past two months. A8V Deluxe no visible POST on restart I recently upgraded bios to latest 1017 and now when I do a restart (warm boot) I see no POST screen. Previously it would always display the POST screen (offer to hit delete to enter setup, etc) when a cold or warm boot occurred. Now POST screen is only visible on power up. Asus M3A Overclock Anybody out there with an M3A and Phenom that has had success overclocking? If so, please share BIOS changes and other techniques. I got the 9500's 2.2 up to 2.4 by adjusting the FSB. Anything higher results in instability.
