From: SKG on 8 May 2008 14:38 Using PPT 2007 in XP home for the first time (used PPT 97 previously) to create a birthday montage. I have a few .wav files to include, and I want each to span over a specified number of slides. I'm using Rehearse Timings which I believed would allow me to set the exact number of seconds the clip played per individual slide, and then transition automatically to the next slide. But when you play the slideshow, the slides don't transition at all. (this will be burned onto CD and connected via laptop to be viewed on a TV so it HAS to transition automatically). To add the file, I did Sound - Sound from File. I've tried every possible setting and it still doesn't transition. I don't remember having this problem in PPT 97, but then I don't think that had the Rehearse Timings feature. PLEASE HELP!! THANK YOU!!
