When downloading, I continuously recieve the error messsage; "file on server is missing or has wrong length" how do I fix this? I really need this program to access classes that I am trying to take.

Is this something you created or course you're just trying to take?
If you have no authoring control over the program, then there's nothing
you can do about the message...

You could try emptying your cache. If you started the course and then the
author updated it, it would give this error if you did not empty your cache.

I've had files being reported as an incorrect length when I use a
third-party FTP program (WS_FTP) to put the files on the web server. When
the transfer is done using ASCII or Auto, the files would sometimes have a
different file size after being transferred. Forcing a Binary transfer
resolved it.
