Selina, I had this same problem. On IE, go to Tools at the top right and click Internet Options. Then go to the Security Tab. Set your security to Medium and Un-Check the box next to "Enable Protected Mode." Apply the settings and then try it again. It will probably tell you to open a new IE window.
