Does anyone know if I can set up an "out of office auto
reply" in Outlook Express? I can't find anything in
tools menu that does this.
If so could you please provide instruction.

You could do it with message rule.
For it to work OE needs to be open and online, 24/7, so you would be
replying to spam also. Not a good idea!!!
Your ISP may offer such a service?

You are posting using the old version of the web interface
where the search is usually unusable.

Search on the new version of the web interface
or search using Google Groups.
