From: Impmon on 4 Oct 2006 01:03 I have an LCD display and I could easily build a VESA type mount to let the monitor flip between landscape and portrait mode. And I could build the electronics to sense the flip. The problem is I suck at code programming (basic but not C+ or other codes) and I would like to know of a suggestion on how to get ATi software to set monitor display at 0 (landscape) and at 90 CW (portrait mode) based on feedback from a serial port. Obviously it'd have to be a customized software like Vbasic that reads the serial port and sets the ATi software setting. The question is how? How to set up something that can communicate with ATi drivers on monitor orientation? -- When you hear the toilet flush, and hear the words "uh oh", it's already too late. - by anonymous Mother in Austin, TX Spam block in place, no emil reply is expected at all.
