I would like to update my BIOS. I put some details below from the
computer but don't know where to look on the net. Please can you help?

BIOS image file: http://www.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock7/ali/p5a/1011-005.zip

choose the update method from floppy

and remember the risk of hosing your mobo, so don't do this unless you have
a reason to.
