So you decided to ignore the bit where I explained that I abhor the
tactics of the IRA? And you decided to ignore the bit where I
explained that, unlike BNP scum, the Irish had a legitimate grievance
back in the 1960s and 1970s?

(British rule was then causing harm to the RC part of the population of
NI - although the matter is centuries old and hence more than a little
complicated so not particularly `the fault of the British government of
the day'). Immigrants now are not causing us problems remotely
comparable to the problems that the British government was administering
in NI back then.)

Yes, you did decide to ignore all that, didn't you? Okay, so I'm
replying to a troll - sod it, who cares?

The problems that BNP members complain about suffering from are
nevertheless real - but they're caused by British government policies
towards British people, and are completely unrelated to immigration
issues.

You should be having a go at Gordon Brown, not people with brown skin.

Rowland.

BNP members should be afforded the same respect as any other minority
group, like it or hate it. I don't much care for grown men sticking their
penises in each others arseholes but I tolerate it without resorting to
calling them 'scum'. You don't have to agree with them, you may find them
loathsome but they have the same right to their views as any other
minority.

The BNP in my view have some legitimate grievances, the problem is that they
are unable to articulate then in a smooth manner like the IRA's front men.
And from what I hear, in white working class areas they have considerable
support as people there are being ignored by their traditional party,
Labour. Unfortunately, people are not prepared to vote for them because they
no longer believe the ballot is secret.
And I say "unfortunately", because I would like to see a few more BNP
elected as it might jolt the existing parties out of their complacency, as
it did in Holland.

Which dictator said those words? What about free speech? The powers that
be always try to silence any opposition by fair means or foul !

Been through this in the seventies while at uni..
had a meeting where the NF wanted to talk..
told them no, so they invoked free speech and called for a vote..
we voted for free speech and to let them talk and then left the meeting..
everyone but the NF members left so they could have their free speech.
Its a right to free speech not a right to make people listen to cr(a)p.
