I have a bluetooth dongle that works fine, but only if it is plugged
in after the system finishes booting. It actually turns on under
BIOS, then stops when the kernel loads. I can unplug it and plug it
back in and it works, but this is annoying. Any ideas?

I have the same problem here. I can boot into WinBlowz and it will work
but when I attempt to get into Fedora 7, I cannot get the Bluetooth to
work without reseting the dongle. Let me know.
