From: Richard Normandeau on 2 Dec 2005 11:58 Hi! I'd like to know which RS-232 cable is needed between this barcode scanner's modem port and the RS-232 port of a PC : a straight or a crossed one? Many thanks Richard

Very seldom is a crossed cable used. The only time a crossed cable is used is when you are connecting a computer to another computer. Besides if you get a straight cable you can always use a NULL modem adapter if needed. -- CSM1 http://www.carlmcmillan.com --
