How to display all calendar in the location
Hi, I recently created a few calendars in public folder for the conference room for people to book. People want to have all conference room to be displayed in their location drop down menu when they create a new meeting instead go to the public folder every time. How can I make that happen? Show only today's appointments on To-Do Bar?
I see where we can customize the To-Do bar to include only today's tasks. Any way to filter appointments? I'd like to see up to 5 appointments, but only the ones for today. Calendar week selected not highlighted
In the folder list or calendar, where the whole month displays in the navigation pane, I click on a week. The week is not highlighted as it used to be. Sharing-"unable to display folder"

"Private" meetings
I manage the mailbox for five different conference rooms. When someone sends a meeting request for one of the rooms and they mark the appointment as "private", the inbox for the room will bold as if there's an email request, however, no email shows up in the box.
