Hi,

My Canon camcorder will not accept cassette tape.
I insert cassette, close lid......mechanism retracts I get a couple of bleeps
,the cassette is then pushed back out ? Battery pack all OK. I can't fathom
it out.............Any ideas anyone please...Many thanks Darcy--

This has absolutely nothing to do with Windows XP.

You need to contact Canon.
