I have a ton of stuff installed on my computer and the sheer number
has resulted in a problem. When I go to START and then to ALL
PROGRAMS, a big window opens up, yet there is not enough room to show
the most recent installations. I remember before there was a way to
change that to where you could scroll through the list which I assume
would make everything visible to me. How can I change the settings so
that I can do that or is there another method which I could use to see
everything? Thanks.

Start Menu properties, Customize, Advanced, check "Scroll Programs" box.

Your welcome.

Dear readers,

I'm dealing with the similar problem, but on smaller extend:

At the new install of WinXP, "All Programs" showed most frequently
used, or last used programs. The others were excessible via request
"click on down-arrow". From some time, I don't see that. The number of
the items in the list is long enough to fill the screen, but I do not
use all programs regularly. And I would like to see only programs used
for the last month or items used frequently.

Is there any option (e.g. in registry) to allow this? Thank you.
