Assuming the 22.24.15 is text and in Cell A1...
=TIME(LEFT(A1,2),MID(A1,4,2),RIGHT(A1,2))
Then custom format as...
hh:mm:ss or
hh:mm:ss AM/PM

hi
i think dave peterson answered your question about 10 posts ago.
find and replace.
press Ctlr+F
click the replace tab.
in the find box enter . (dot)
in the replace box enter : (colon)
click replace all
