ChessDB not installing on Suse

From: Tom F. on 3 Apr 2008 14:25 I'm trying to install ChessDB on Suse 10.3. The configure and make output looks good (quoted below), but it isn't getting installed. Tcl/ Tk and zlib seem to be installed and found by the configure file. I don't see any obvious errors. In the past I've had no problems installing this and IIRC it usually installs to /usr/local/bin. Not this time.
