I recently removed a Checkpoint firewall at my host site and replaced it with an ASA 5250. All is going well, except for web traffic, which seems to be affected greatly by this change. Users cannot connect to the applications but can PING the app servers (10.10.10.130/134/135) - these are NATted - users see them as 192.168.0.42/37/35.
