Interesting use for an otherwise unused C64c? I found startty.com and thought it might be interesting to put an otherwise idle C64 to use. The C64 is in my workshop, along with the laptop running BBS server and the C64 is linked to the laptop via a null modem cable and a homemade RS232 port connected to the user port. Replace five roms in CBM 8032 with one eprom ?? I think it must be possible to replace the three basic, the kernal and the editor rom in a CBM 8032 with only one eprom. But how do I do that ? The editor rom is a 2 Kb 2316 rom, the others 4 Kb 2332's. All the address and datalines are connected but how do I connect the chipselect lines ?? Do I need more hardware,... 13 Aug 2008 11:46
