Apparently Larrabee will have 32 cores, not 16 or 24. Originally, Intel was saying Larrabee would have 10 or more cores. Most articles in 2007 mentioned 16 to 24 cores. This was when Larrabee was slated for release in 2009. Now that Larrabee has been pushed to 2010, it seems Intel will be able to get 32 cores into the first version.
