Yes try a repair install. It is possible the new mobo has a slightly
different chipset or other device that is bothersome. A repair install plus
load all drivers mobo CD, reinstall delta drivers, then see what the IRQs
are. You probably already did this, but double-check the bios settings, if
your computer shop turned plug n play on but you didn't have it on, etc.
that could be the culprit.

I meant check the IRQs of other things, that may be while the Delta won't
start.

But I'd check and adjust the bios settings first, before a repair install.
