Hi All,

I have a Computereyes device by Digital Vision. This has a phono-
input, and a sync and brightness controls. It seems to plug into the
user port and the bottom reads CCIR/PAL Compatible. Serial no. 2755c.
I gather that it is some sort of video processing device? Does anyone
have more information on this, and also what software is compatible
with it etc...?

Many thanks,

Shaun.

Hi. I owned one of these for a while. It is indeed a B&W video
digitizer. It came with it's own software and there is software to use
it in Geos. A little googling should hopefully find the software, if
not I'm sure someone here can provide it.

I have the NTSC version. it is a "slow-scan" video digitizer, which
means it takes a while to digitize one frame. The image must be still
in order to capture. The sync dial adjusts to various video inputs in
order to get a stable picture. I think the included software was the
only software available for it. I have a D64 of the disk if you need
it...

Thanks Steve - if you could send it to either ramlink666 @ aol.com or
retrobytespr @ mail.com (obv, remove spaces).

Any GEOS software would be nice too - if anyone has it?

Regards,

Shaun.
