Thank you all for the responses!

I already use a fake email address and fake name when I post to a newsgroup.
It seems that this individual has somehow written a program to scan the
headers of all posts to newsgroups and is able to find my posts. It doesn't
matter if my post is a primary post in a thread or is deep in a thread. OE
6.0 makes bold all new posts when I go to read newsgroups so perhaps this
individual is only scanning for new posts. Anyway, even if I change my fake
email address and fake name, he is able to find my posts.

Twaddle...

Not the same thing at all as hiding behind a pseudonym on the Internet.

Errant Twaddle...

Another little PFK who doesn't want the college admissions officers and
employers to be able to trace him on the Internet.

People who hide behind pseudonyms on the Internet get ZERO respect.
