From: atxmaxpro on 12 May 2008 17:17 I had the same problem. One day outlook worked, then it quit. When I started to install sp3 for xp, I had two bad files. Not sure if they were the problem or not. They were inetcomm.dll in the windows\system32 folder and wmiprovdll.dll in the windows\system32\wbem folder. I renamed both files by adding an extension such .old I also installed sp3 before I tried outlook again. It now works again. I could not install sp3 without renaming the listed files. Windows automatically created another in its place. This is something you can try anyway. Keith
