It's not? Then what is it?

(I'm really curious what you meant by the crack)

CLC in a nutshell.

A Usenet (originally: Unix *User* Network) discussion group about shell
scripting on Unices. Read the charter, or the tagline in the first place.

I am quite certain that you are just trolling again.

FWIW, for the intellectually challenged: There is no `sh' customer support,
and the people reading and posting here are most certainly not responsible
for possible flaws in the quoted `sh' manpage. So complaints about the
software discussed here are most certainly a waste of everybody's time.

You owe me five minutes of my life.

reference: yes. quick: yes! howto or tutorial: no.

You really *are* a piece of work.

Just for a change of pace, this sig is *not* an obscure reference to
comp.lang.c...

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't criticizing the manpage (because, firstly,
this isn't the right forum to do so and, secondly, I might as well
invest that time in improving the page -- staying in the spirit of free
software).
