Right, here we go. The quoted URL offers:

> �1 bundle, for all day mobile access
> �2.00 daily capped rate, so you never pay more than this a day
> �5 for a week of anytime mobile internet access

The second of these looks like what I want, so I set the stopwatch, and we're
off. 28 minutes later, I still have no 'Browsing Bundle' nor any idea how I
can get the �2 daily capped rate

For anyone who can be bothered, here's the transcript of how I've just spent
28 minutes.

texted back by return. Orange won�t let me change password, as chosen new

Nowhere to buy a Browsing Bundle. Try �change my details�. No good. �Help and

my account on line.

Try �Find out about 3G�. Ah, this seems to be it. But no� �Click on the
�house� symbol�. But there�s no �house� symbol.

Try a different browser, Firefox. No better.

10 minutes in.

Okay, try phoning them up. 450 from landline. Oops, from mobile.

Press 1 (change animal package)
Press * (don�t want to change calling package)
Press 3

Press 1

Can�t find anything I need. Can�t get to talk to a person.

17 minutes in.

Bit more random clicking on Orange site. Eventually find
http://www1.orange.co.uk/service_plans/payasyougo/extra_other.html
This tells me to dial 450, so I try again.

Press 1 �to hear details of great access to Orange World�. Ah, that�s how I
access Browsing Bundles.

Two options are available, but not a cap of �2 daily, which is what I want.

Press 2 to cancel.

23 minutes in.

A bit more random web browsing tells me to dial 150 from mobile. Dial 150 in
hope that this will connect me to a real person, but calls immediately
terminated.

25 minutes in.

Bit more web browsing, but nothing useful found, nor any way to talk to a
human being, or any reasonable facsimile of one.

28 minutes. Still not got what I want.

Give up.
