How do I control the color of each individual slice of an Excel pie chart?

Hi,

click the pie, then click the slice, so just the slice is selected.
Open the Format dialog and assign the slice another color. Rinse and
repeat for your other slices.

The pie slices will get the default charting colors assigned. You can
use Tools - Options - Color tab to change the default for chart fills.
