There are several solutions for several different things you might mean. Here are a few: (1) Go to slide sorter view. Select All. Choose copy. Click whereyou want the slides to appear and paste. (2) Open a new or old presentation and choose Insert > Slides > From File and choose all the slides. (3) Quit out of PowerPoint and right-click on the slide and choose copy. Go to the folder where you want copied presentation and paste it there. (4) Open the presenation in PowerPoint and use Save As from the File menu. Does any of this hit on what you are trying to do? --David -- David M. Marcovitz Microsoft PowerPoint MVP Author of _Powerful PowerPoint for Educators_ http://www.PowerfulPowerPoint.com/
From: Luc on 13 May 2008 11:24 Hello, Why don't you use Save as, give the show a new name or add a number to the name. Or if you want to copy all slides from one presentation into the other, use Insert - Slides from file - browse for the presentation and click on insert all. If you want to keep the formatting of the original show, check the box keep source formatting. -- Luc Sanders MVP - PowerPoint blog: www.sixtiesfan.multiply.com/ "Copy slide show" <Copy slide show(a)discussions.microsoft.com> schreef in bericht news:B0462424-0EDE-4978-82E9-3860A1D694F9(a)microsoft.com... > How can I copy entire slide show at one time?
