Hi
We are using CF6.1 and call a webservice with cfinvoke and get the
Error: Could not generate stub objects for web service invocation.
Stack: org.xml.sax.SAXException: Fatal Error: URI=null Line=1:
Zeichenumwandlungsfehler: "Malformed UTF-8 char -- is an XML encoding
declaration missing?" (Zeilenzahl m?glicherweise zu niedrig)

On the other side is a standard java webservice. Is invokation limited?

Have you tried pulling up the wsdl file from a browser?

Yes, the WSDL looks like this:
