From: r_konjeti on 25 Apr 2008 17:54 I am using Windows Vista business edition 32-bit for driver development. When system crashes, memory dump file is created. But I cannot open it with my windbg. I have to go and add my user account by going to file properties. I tried to move dump file to another directory thinking that may make it easy. But it always creates file without any permission for me to open from windbg. I have to always go and add my user account. How can skip this step? Is there a way to tell Vista to create with permission to my account which is administrator (but cant do anything). Thanks, Raj
