I checked it out after being corrected and they were right in the "modern" bios flashes. But I still tend to worry about it <g>. But I agree with you that there is no need to flash a bios if you don't get any value out of doing so. Not worth any risk (if any) and just a waste of time. OT: back on line after going thru hurricane Ike near Houston, Texas last nite. Very strong winds but I lucked out with almost no damage.
