Can you not find this information on the internet? Really all depends on the players in your house as well. Some players won't play +R where others will. I have 2 players in the house that are like that. They only play -R media. The other 2 in the house play anything and everything. One isn't necessarily *better* than the other. They are just used for different things. I personally use +R for storage and -R for movies and such like that. +RW is rewriteable where as -R/+R is NOT rewriteable.
