I would say fifteen years isn't bad performance for a kick pedal. What exactly is your point here? Scott Vita
From: Max Arwood on 15 Aug 2008 02:18 I could have welded that pedal back together for you. <g> Especially since the price of gold is dropping so fast <gGg> Max Arwood "Glennbo" <vdrumsYourHeadFromYourAss(a)cox.net> wrote in message news:Xns9AFAC9BFC177EBrownShoesDontMakeIt(a)69.16.185.247... > > So I'm playing this gig last night, and I keep thinking my kick pedal > feels > funny, and on the next to the last song in the third set the whole heel > plate disconnects from the rest of the pedal. I used to roll with this Gibraltar 5611DB Prowler Double Bass Drum Pedal on my Tama kit back in the day. BTW: what kinda kit you play? I always wanted to upgrade my kit to the cage set ....maybe one day in the future I can regroup. http://drownworld.com/images/photos/gallery/522361.jpg I also dug the look of those rocktagon cymbals.. although the zildjian cymbal Z series was really popular back when I was playing. I haven't even looked to see what's available these days.
