From: K. Orland on 8 Jul 2008 10:43 This is an Exchange question, not Outlook. Here is something that may help you in the Exchange community: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?query=accidentally+deleted+user&dg=microsoft.public.exchange.admin&cat=en_US_801e3bda-e4db-473e-b4af-67fe7d13cc8c&lang=en&cr=US&pt=&catlist=&dglist=&ptlist=&exp=&sloc=en-us -- Kathleen Orland - MVP Outlook Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "ericf10" wrote: > I deleted a user without backing up her PST file. From: ericf10 on 8 Jul 2008 13:10 Unfortunately, we do not run Exchange. We download messages from our POP mail into Outlook and then the messages are deleted from the server. I tried a system restore to yesterday's date, but could not get the PST file. Is there a recovery program that will do this? "K. Orland" wrote: > This is an Exchange question, not Outlook. From: K. Orland on 8 Jul 2008 15:26 Did you delete her user folder under Documents and Settings? And empty the recycle bin? -- Kathleen Orland - MVP Outlook Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "ericf10" wrote: > Unfortunately, we do not run Exchange.
