Why? While Dell has its fair share of supporters and detractors, I've never heard anyone say anything good about Sony's support. They look great, perform well, but when they break (or you need parts), look out! Notan
From: jimbo on 3 Feb 2005 08:48 Everyone slams Sony support. But I have had very good support recently with Sony. Tech support over the phone right on target and a replacement part mailed overnight. On the other hand, if you are past the time limit for free support, there isn't much there. jimbo
