xps 1530 well after only having my xps for three days it has crashed. it even locked up and had to be restored to factory default on the first day. tech support couldn't do anything even after controlling my machine through the safe mode. now I can't even go into the safe mode or restore to default. it took quite a bit ... 5 Jul 2008 13:32
